General information and properties:
Oregano essential oil is a powerful broad-spectrum anti-infective due to its content of carvacrol and Gamma-terpinene. Respiratory, digestive (Helicobacter pylori) and urogenital, as well as a good toning in case of physical fatigue. Carvacrol, the majority molecule in oregano essential oil, has proven activity against bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and fungi; Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger and some dermatophytes, as well as against some parasites and viruses.
Contraindications:
Do not apply during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Do not apply to babies or children under 6 years of age. Its use is reserved exclusively for adults due to its high potency and molecular content. Do not apply pure to the skin; It is irritating; For topical use, dilute it in a vegetable oil in a maximum proportion equivalent to 15%. In diffusion, mix it with another essential oil (Lemon or Orange) in a proportion between 5% and 10%. In diffusion, do not apply it during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Dilute 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil in 9 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Apply to the affected area.

Gastroenterology 

Amebiasis 
Mix 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil and 2 drops of Lemon essential oil with a teaspoon of Honey. Apply under the tongue 2 times a day for a period of 5 days.
Dysentery 
Dilute 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil in 9 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the lower part of the belly until completely absorbed into the skin. Under medical supervision: Mix 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil and 2 drops of Lemon essential oil with a teaspoon of Honey. Apply under the tongue 2 times a day for a period of 5 days.
Acute gastroenteritis 
Dilute 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil in 9 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the lower part of the belly until completely absorbed into the skin. Additionally: Mix 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil and 2 drops of Lemon essential oil with a teaspoon of Honey. Apply under the tongue 2 times a day for a period of 5 days.
Helicobacter pylori 
Mix 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil and 2 drops of Orange essential oil with a teaspoon of olive oil. Take 2 times a day for a period of 2 weeks. [7]

Rhinopharyngitis 
Dilute 1 drop of Vulgar Oregano essential oil in 9 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus once a day for a maximum period of 5 consecutive days.
