General information and properties:
Basil essential oil is particularly effective for dealing with digestive system conditions; Difficult digestion, gastric reflux, inflamed stomach. It is also recognized as a powerful antispasmodic, recommended for the treatment of menstrual cramps, aerophagia and digestive spasms. Its linalool content favors its use as a sedative and relaxant. The results of research with Estragol or Methylchavicol show its antibacterial power against bacteria of the Pseudomonas genus.

Dilute 1 drop of Basil essential oil in 4 drops of Safflower or Argan vegetable oil. Apply to the belly until completely absorbed into the skin. Repeat the procedure 3 times a day after each meal, for a period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Dilute 1 drop of Basil essential oil in 4 drops of Argan vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus and the affected area until completely absorbed into the skin. You can also dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of liquid soap. Pour the solution into the bath water for a bath.

Dilute 1 drop of Basil essential oil in 4 drops of Argan vegetable oil. Massage the solar plexus until completely absorbed into the skin.
